Dioretsa and presidents of USA

From 1789 to 2000 president elections in USA took place 54 times. How many times their result could be correctly predicted with use of asteroid Dioretsa?

In my article "Dioretsa" a conclusion is drawn about most common aspects of this unusual asteroid in presidents horoscopes.

If we consider an elemental criterion:
wins candidate having more septile aspects to Dioretsa,
we see that in 28 cases the answer of criterion agrees with result of elections, in 10 cases answer is wrong, in 16 cases criterion doesn't give answer, as the number of septile aspects in both horoscopes is equal.

Objects used in this article: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, 1999TC36. Orbs: 3 degrees for Sun and Moon, 2 degrees for other objects.

If we take Criterion-2 more complex:
wins one with Dioretsa aspected more beneficial, and "benefit" is calculated by adding:

+3 points for every septile aspect to close female planets

(Moon, Venus, Saturn),

+2 points for every septile aspect to far female planets

(Neptune and 1999TC36),

+1 point for every septile aspect to other planets

(Sun, Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Pluto),

we see that in 35 cases the answer of criterion agrees with result of elections, in 13 cases the answer is wrong, in 6 cases criterion doesn't give an answer: sums of points of both candidates are equal.

If all three coefficients are equal (no matter 1,1,1, or 3,3,3) it's Criterion-1.
6 times no answer instead of 16 - this is much better, but an ideal criterion should give an answer in all cases.

Let's take Criterion-3 even more complex:
wins one with Dioretsa aspected more beneficial, and "benefit" is calculated by adding:

+9 points for septile aspect to close female planets
+6 points for septile aspect to far female planets
+3 points for septile aspect to other planets
+1 point for non-septile aspect to female planets (any planet of five).

In 41 cases the answer of Criterion-3 is correct, in 12 cases it is wrong, and only in one case Criterion-3 can't give an answer.

Aspects used are only traditional: all with denominator up to 8 inclusive, and also with denominator 12.

If we exclude non-septile aspects from Criterion-3, we have exactly Criterion-2.

41 correct answer from 53 answers - it's 77.36% . 80% for elections held from 1900 to 2000 inclusive, 86.36% - from 1912 to 2000. In Lee Lehman's article on USA presidents elections ten criteria are used, and best result: 71%

It's seen from tables 3 and 4 that one can try to modify the "female planets" group: exclude Venus and/or include Mercury; table 5 says that aspect 2/5 is even more actual than 1/7 and 2/7.
